The Practice
Stacy Mesias specializes in helping people who are stressed, discontented, anxious, depressed or struggling in their relationships. As a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), she has experience with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents.
Patient Promise
Stacy believes that a client-centered style, demonstrated through an unconditionally positive regard toward her clients, is imperative to productive counseling. Using this as a foundation, she builds an environment free from judgment and negativity in which personal and relational healing may begin.
Stacy’s therapy sessions are honest and straight-forward and she encourages the same from her clients. Her techniques focus on daily solutions to get immediate relief and then going deeper into patterns and underlying causes to promote long lasting change.
